A 3-hr class designed to familiarize attendees with the home buying process. Offered in conjunction with the Housing Office and Veterans Administration, topics include: shopping for a real estate agent, shopping for a loan, real estate taxes, and understanding your mortgage and much more.
From First Term Airmen to Senior NCOs, classes are targeted to the unique needs of the enlisted force.
A 1.5-hr class that explains the Thrift Savings Plan, including investment options, rates of return, withdrawal and loan options. Also addressed are the basic concepts behind developing an investment strategy and retirement planning.

A 6 hr course, offered in three, 2 hour installments, on developing a personal investment strategy. This training was developed for DOD by the Association of Financial Counselors, Planners and Educators. From preparing to invest to selecting investment opportunities, this course covers it all!
